Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times (UK)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery: £3.99 — estimated 3–6 business days.

Free standard delivery on all orders over £40.

Because we work with a range of trusted specialist brands, some items may be dispatched from different warehouses. This means parts of your order may arrive separately — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays

While we do our best to dispatch every order on time, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.
