We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your right to cancel (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To let us know, email nutreglowuk@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition of returns

For health and hygiene reasons, supplements, vitamins and skincare must be returned unopened and with any seals intact. Please return items in their original packaging and unused condition.

How to return

We'll confirm the return address for your item.

Post your item back. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items, which we cover.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
